The thesis (one line) We win by collapsing speed-to-setup and speed-to-resolution for owner-operator trade contractors. The three bets 1. Dispatch AI — TTFV 14d → 8d. 2. Renewal-risk workflows — NRR 104% → 112%. 3. Partner network — 25% of new logos from partners by Q2. Already in flight (proof, not plan) Dispatch AI Wave 1 pilot live with 10 accounts. Accept rate at week 2 is 41% — above the 30% kill bar. Full Wave 3 rollout begins week 5. What the board will know in 90 days - Whether Bet 1 is funded for FY26 H2 (decision at week 8 on TTFV signal). - Whether Bet 2's CSM-side adoption clears 60% (week 6 gate). - Whether partner pipeline can clear $400k by week 10 (decision at week 11). What we are not doing - No pricing changes this half. - No enterprise expansion. - Sales requests that don't map to the three bets get parked, not promised. Asks of the board - Air cover when sales escalates parked requests. - Permission to kill any bet that misses its written kill criterion. - One intro to a logistics-network partner in the Southeast.
